360-degree Feedback

What is 360-degree Feedback?

A 360-degree survey is a process that solicits feedback on employee performance from several sources: managers, peers, reports, and self-assessment. In the cases where an employee interacts with the public, a 360-degree survey may also include feedback from clients, suppliers, contractors, or vendors. 360-degree feedback provides better insights to help employees improve their performance.
