Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Operations Manager to manage and maintain our company’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks. This role involves monitoring systems, resolving technical issues, and ensuring security and reliability. The ideal candidate has expertise in IT performance, network administration, and data protection, and effectively manages multiple projects to keep operations running smoothly and securely.

IT Operations Manager Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the IT department, ensuring systems, networks, and servers run smoothly and securely.
• Lead and supervise IT teams, providing guidance, training, and career development to meet goals.
• Manage IT budgets, vendors, contracts, and service providers to control costs and optimize investments.
• Measure system performance, monitor issues, analyze logs, and recommend improvements or upgrades.
