Attendance Policy

The attendance policy’s objective is to put forth the company’s policies and procedures to handle the employee’s leaves and absenteeism. It helps improve efficiency in the operations and reduces absenteeism as the policy consists of specifications of leaves that are allotted. Sick, casual, and vacation leaves are a few allotted for the employees to choose from according to their needs. The policy specifies the expected time to report, the work duration, break timings, and the consequences of late coming, exceeding leave limits, etc. Thus, practices such as arriving late, leaving early, absenteeism, or any other can be avoided.
