Job Description
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outboundcalls, emails, and lead-generation strategies & various marketingchannels, Partners, references & self.
- Understand client requirements and confidently present factoHRproduct solutions.
- Conduct product demos and explain features with clarity andlogic.
- Maintain strong follow-up to convert leads into clients.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects andcustomers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless on-boarding andclient satisfaction.
- Maintain CRM updates, sales reports, and activity logs.
- Responsible for utmost customer satisfaction and resolve all customer issues in assigned area of operation with minimumescalations.
- Responsible for achieving Sales of existing and new products intheassigned market and achieve company goals and objectives.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent English communication (written & verbal).
- Strong logical reasoning and understanding of tech-based solutions.
- Powerful convincing, objection-handling, and negotiation skills.
- Confident presentation and client engagement abilities.
- Self-driven, target-focused, and willing to work in a fast-pacedenvironment.
Qualification
- Any Graduate or MBA (Marketing/HR preferred).
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
Experience Preference (For Experienced Candidates)
- Candidates with experience must be from the IT industry.
- Prior experience in product-based sales is mandatory.
- Strong core BDE skills in lead generation, product pitching, demos, and closing.
