Job Description

• Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify defects, bugs, and inconsistencies.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure that software meets quality standards.
• Perform manual testing to validate software functionality, usability, and compatibility across different devices and platforms.
• Identify, document, and report bugs using testing tools or bug tracking systems.
• Verify bug fixes and track resolution progress to ensure software quality.
• Participate in requirement analysis and provide feedback to improve software design and user experience.
• Create and maintain testing documentation including test plans, test cases, and testing reports.
• Execute automated tests and maintain automated test suites for regression and performance testing.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software testing methodologies.
• Create daily reports and keep all stakeholders updated.

Skills Required

• Proficiency in various testing methodologies like manual testing, regression testing, and performance testing. Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, ASP.Net, Flutter, C#, or others, is a plus.
• Ability to use bug tracking and management tools. Understanding of testing frameworks and libraries that streamline testing processes and enhance efficiency.
• Knowledge of software development and testing life cycles, including requirements analysis, test planning, test case design, and execution.
• Communication and Problem Solving skill.
• Documentation & Adaptability.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a QA Software Tester or in a similar role.
