Job Summary

factoHR is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and help us create a beautiful and easy-to-use HR tech platform.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups for our HR tech platform.
Ensure high-quality design standards are met brand and accessibility guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate user requirements.
Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the platform’s usability.
Communicate design solutions to stakeholders and make recommendations for improvement.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

Qualification

B.E./B.Tech, MBA, MCA Bachelor’s degree in graphic design.
At least 3 years of experience as a UI/UX designer.
Strong analytical skills to understand user needs and translate them into effective designs.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such Figma.
A portfolio that demonstrates your design skills and thought process.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
