UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

factoHR is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and help us create a beautiful and easy-to-use HR tech platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups for our HR tech platform.
• Ensure high-quality design standards are met brand and accessibility guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate user requirements.
• Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the platform’s usability.
• Communicate design solutions to stakeholders and make recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech, MBA, MCA Bachelor’s degree in graphic design.
• At least 3 years of experience as a UI/UX designer.
• Strong analytical skills to understand user needs and translate them into effective designs.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such Figma.
• A portfolio that demonstrates your design skills and thought process.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
